KCM's Packaging Plant manufacturers a wide range of products from decorative, point of purchase displays, designed for convenience and vital advertising, to the heavy duty corrugated packing, for international transport or storage. For in-house point of purchase packing products, KCM provides a range of services including design, print, consultancy and sourcing. KCM currently provides these services for a number of leading brand names.

• Die Cut Cartons
  These are made to order cartons, which are cut, using a tool to one of many styles. In most cases these boxes are made precisely to your specification and therefore in the majority of cases will incur an initial tooling cost.
• Corrugated Cartons Double Wall
  Double wall corrugated
  card is best described as consisting of a layer of
  paper/corrugated paper/paper/corrugated paper and finally another layer of paper. The main advantage of this construction is the enhanced strength given to the box. This makes it far more suitable for the transport of heavy items.
• Corrugated Cartons Single Wall
  Single wall corrugated card is best described s having an outer paper a single layer of corrugated paper followed by a further layer of paper.

  We manufacture corrugated cardboard packaging to your exact size, for easy loading and firm protection.
  Without exception, three dimensions Length, then Width, Then Height always express the internal size of a corrugated cardboard box.
